This simple home exudes historical New Orleans. The paint layers from who knows how many years past come through like a pages from different eras. The building has seen generations develop and blossom and then hand off to new generations. The stucco chimney capped with a lantern termination stands out along with a dormer on top of its steep sloped roof. Elaborate wrought iron brackets made in the style of the New Orleans Bracket Style hold up the roof overhang. A carriage sconce complements the carriage street lamp on the sidewalk in front of the home. Hurricane doors always at the ready add another NOLA style element to the home. A rocking chair sits atop the slate sidewalk surrounding the building.
